Welcome to Youth With A Global Vision.
We exist to Engage, Equip, Empower, Encourage and Enable people aged 18+ to participate effectively in the development of their communities.Throughout the world,we are calling young people to support the fight against poverty equipping them with the right skills to meet the skills gap in their communities.

With the increasing growth in the number of ’street children’, school drop-out rate, high unemployment figures and lack of entrepreneurial drive, our work with young people in places like Ghana and here in the UK is of utmost importance to the stability and sustainability of our communities.

As a volunteering organisation, we are challenged given our aims and objectives to engage with skilled professionals in a way that includes the sharing and harnessing the skills of young people. We hope through this dual approach, and this website,we will help reverse or at least minimise the impact of development, complement manpower needs of the global community, as well as harness the creative potentials of future generations.

Youth With A Global Vision is a brand name for the organisation established by Charles Addoco and linked with Counties UK, Urban Saints, Lifeline Networks International and World Alive Missions Association.

Our goal is to develop servant leaders among 18+ with a heart to serve their generation.
Our ten year project, beginning in December 2008, will help bring together over 1,000 young people with the support of our local and global partners.

Please explore our website and help in whatever way you can.
